"Went there doe a full set and the experience and service was horrible. The lady Owner has -0 customers service, no patience, no communication, did not even filled the nails correctly, rushing to finish fast, the place was dirty , I remember the previous Owen's they were mixh better . I will never return their again . Ohhh ans super expensive for the horrible service. What a shame"

"I came here the other day to have an acrylic fill and some design work. We came to Naples earlier than expected and my regular nail tech wasn't able to fit me in for my scheduled fill.They said they could do some design work when I called to set the appointment. When I got there and showed the nail tech some of the designs that I had in mind he said he couldn't do any of them only basic design. But he didn't offer any ideas as to what he could do! I ended up going with just a basic chrome. Then he was very messy with the chrome and it was all over my nail bed and he didn't even bother to clean it up. If you're just looking for a fill , this place is probably okay, anything else go somewhere else."

"I’m extremely upset with this place I always get my nails done here never have I had the owner do my nails but today apparently she was my nail tech, and I was on the phone and I was telling my friend how the prices are much higher over here compared to when I lived in Ft. Lauderdale and I guess she was offended, and took my hands after she took my polish off and tossed my hands towards me after she finished grinding off my polish and said she wasn’t gonna do my nails and I was like why, and she said what’s wrong with me I was just explaining how the prices are different and I wasn’t even talking to her I was going to pay for my nails I was just telling my friend how it’s different and she was extremely rude and refused to do my nails so and I had to take the nail clippers and cut my own nails because I had to go to work. Needless to say I’m very disappointed in them and they’re very immature also while taking my nails off she broke my real nails and blamed it on me saying it was old I literally got my nails done there two weeks ago. And the picture is how they left me completely unprofessional"
