I asked about paint brush selection & again, he showed me the best paint brush selection & the wood filler I would need. "After 2 weeks my order had disappeared a nice Customer Service agent on the phone was able to locate the it in a Lowe's store ten miles away from my home. I drove there to pick it up only to meet with a Pick-up Area representative who did not give a darned thing about my order. I had him call a manager. She treated me with courtesy and I was really pleased. Yet, I felt rocked by the Pickup Area representative. He avoided eye-contact and was disrespectful. He refused to help the situation. Only after the manager had arrived my problem was solved. My aggravation was innecesary. The manager said to me: "I wonder why this happened. This employee is trained in Customer Service". Well, it certainly did not look like it."
