"I have been to Idol Nails a total of four times. The first visit was with the male nail tech and I left with a sloppy color finish on my natural nails. I was told, by an acquaintance, to only have Nikki do my nails. My second visit Nikki did a wonderful job. The third visit was with Nikki and I wasn’t as happy but did not say anything. The fourth visit was a disaster. I told Nikki I had nails that were lifting from the tips (she ignored the issue). They are still lifting. The side edges of two nails did not get polished and are catching on stuff. Also, the side edges were over filed so my natural nail shape was compromised leaving ridges on many nails as my nails grow. One day after my nails were done three nail tips had chipped. Now; a week later, my nails are an entire mess."

"I called right away in the morning and asked for an appointment at 1pm and explained that I would be using my lunch break to get a fill done and fixed one of my nails and assured me it would be done in time for me to go back to work. And she cut them to the length and shape I wanted instead of the last shop I went to didn’t listen to what I wanted and only did what she wanted . And she did an amazing job, and she was fast! Nikki was her name! I will definitely be back! Reasonably priced, good quality, love the color, my design that was free handed! And she was fast ! I will definitely be coming back!"

"I just needed a quick dip powder removal, a quick drill of the top layer and acetone soak. Called to make an appointment for 6:40 as I get out of work at 6:30, chose this place due to proximity and high ratings. They told me no problem and to come in. I arrive and the only nail tech rushes me in sits me down and proceeds to rip the dip power and rips off my nails! Not only did this hurt, but she completely ripped off layers of my nail plate any length that I had on my nails. I now have to wait to grow out my nails before I can get them done again because my nails are thin and I have none of the length that I had gotten dip powder to preserve in the first place. Anyone who’s passed nail tech school should know you DONT rip off anything glued to someone’s nail. That’s the fastest way to destroy someone’s nail. She was too rushed to even take the time to buff the shreds of my nail down to an even surface to make sure my nails aren’t literally peeling. I wish she had just let me know she didn’t have time for my appointment and I would have gone somewhere else. Uf I had wanted to rip my nails off I could have done that myself for free. I don’t know how this place can possibly have such high reviews while their nail techs destroy peoples nails."
