"I walked in and was immediately taken to a chair which was great. Rachel was very nice but after showing her a picture of what I wanted (and I physically showed her what length on myself and showed her the picture for the second time)and what I ended up getting are two completely different haircuts?! I had been growing my hair out for over over 2.5 years and was very nervous about getting my haircut because I didn't want to much cut off and that's exactly what she did sadly, totally chopped it off . My hair is butchered now, the left side of my hair is visibly at least one inch Longer than the right side and about 2 or 3 inches Shorter than I wanted. She started from the back so I didn't see how much was cut until it was to late. What was supposed to be thin wispy curtain bangs are totally butchered, uneven chunky and are in NO WAY what I wanted (noone would want) and are very Uneven and thick straight across bangs!! They look like my toddler cut them honestly! Her hair was beautiful so I had good faith however that turned out to be completely wrong... I'm extremely upset and would like someone to call me or contact me via email because this I not right."
