"Navela Ramos was my stylist, and later she was assisted by the salon manager. I went in with thick grey hair below my shoulders. I asked for, and showed a picture of a stacked bob. I left with nothing like the picture and a nearly shaved back of my head. I also had a keratin treatment which essentially was cut off by the butchering of my hair. A school child with craft scissor could have done a better job. I was told that the picture was of a blonde with different hair. I have since found several pictures of the same cut with grey hair. The scissors came out over and over again before the keratin and after as she noticed out of place hairs. The thinning shears came out and the ‘machine’ as she called it, which was the electric razor. She would take pictures for me if the back then go after it again each time digging deeper into the abyss of miserable haircuts. I was beside myself as I sat and observed her haphazardly move around my head with the shears. I did not want to be ‘that’ person that complained, or that had unrealistic expectations. This cut though is an absolute embarrassment. Moreover, why would I pay for a keratin treatment when most of my hair is removed AFTER it! The haircut portion of the service was supposed to be done first. I have been robbed. This stylist’s license is due to renew in October 23 - I fully suggest a return to school or some training. Her own hair was a hot mess bleach job that should have been warning enough to me. The salon manager had said I would leave with it right. That clearly was not to be as I would have no hair left and a buzz cut is likely the only saving option. I strongly suggest to all that if you go to this location don’t use Navela and don’t rely on the salon manager to come to your aid if things go bad. I can show only the last photos before she started whacking away at my hair again. I will show the photo that I showed her,, and the grey hair photo that I found after. The back of my head was ultimates shaved leaving me with an inch from the scalp to the end of the hair. A nightmare."
