"Horrible service. Had my nails done with dip/powder, the next day they starting cracking/peeling off, I went back and they were very rude (Kevin), it took them 10 minutes to "fix" them, they used a different color and were all uneven! no wonder the place is always empty!! never again!"

"I have been to Nail Jazz five times for a classic pedicure, and their work has been excellent. While it is more modest than some other nail salons nearby, the people at Nail Jazz are very personable and genuinely lovely. They don't have three 65” televisions on the walls blaring out on different stations here, there is no “attitude” by the nail technicians, and they do not chatter among themselves throughout your services, completely dismissing your time or desire for peace."

"Just mediocre in gel paint. Parrafin is not done in the massage chair, so you have to move to another chair which takes a little from the relaxation. The only thing I did not like is the pedicure chairs remote are bolted to the back of the chair.part of the pedicure is the massage chair, so this was annoying and made the ordeal of not being able to control my massage chair decide I wouldn’t come back for a pedi. And since my toe nails were only ok, I decided against a manicure. I came after work and when I finished my gel pedi the tech attempted to put my foot back in the loafers I had on. Um no, I just spent $50 I will be taking these $1 slides. The staff were friendly so not all bad."
