Everyone there is extremely friendly and personable. I got there a little bit before my appointment and was waited on immediately. The staff members are experienced in providing nail care for individuals with special needs or sensitivities."

"It was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I even called at closing time an they still took me 30 minutes before closing they have complementary drinks of your choice and even took care my kids which 5 and 3 an those aren’t good ages they were very kid friendly but VANY was perfect he was so precise and payed so much attention to detail! I think I have a new salon I don’t want to go anywhere else !! 6 of 5 star rating from me I LOVE THEM!"

"I had scheduled an appointment online the previous day for a 6:00pm full set and pedicure, but when I got there nothing was brought up about an appointment. I just received a curt “are you getting nails or a pedicure”. I said both and was pointed toward the pedicure chairs. I brushed the brusqueness off as them being busy, however I did feel like the experience was EXTREMELY rushed from start to finish. I know now that they close around 7:30, so that’s on me. Pair this with them taking a bunch of clients in, and I’m sure it can make things hectic, but I don’t understand why they would accept those extra walk-ins/appointments if they couldn’t reasonably handle it. The woman who did my pedicure was very nice, but it was definitely rushed and I definitely would have skipped it for the price. I should have taken that as a sign to leave, but as soon as I stood up they were ready to do my acrylics. To give my nail tech credit, he did do exactly what I wanted visually, but I could tell from experience that this was not going to be the best acrylics I’ve received. Now four days later, the chrome is chipping off. On the plus side, I did receive some compliments on them before they started chipping. If I didn’t need them done last minute before a trip, I probably would have skipped wasting $120. I wouldn’t recommend them for anything long lasting unless you go there on a day where it’s slow."
