"Had an appointment with my 90-year-old mother we came in- we checked in. We sat down. 30 minutes later other people had come in and were taken care of. The one hairdresser was sitting there watching someone else with their head in the dryer. Nobody bothered to say we’re behind, we’re slow or short help. nothing so we just left. You leave slowly when you have a 90-year-old parent with you and nobody even bothered to say are you leaving? Are you coming back? I’m sorry it’ll be just a few more minutes. very disappointing. I took her home and cut it myself. It looks great and we saved money. The last three times we were there and they did my mom’s hair and it was beautiful. I’ve even had them cut my hair and they do a good job. Need to work on the customer service."
