"I’ve been in retail where they force you to get credit cards, rewards/emails, etc. I was walking around at this location looking for concealer and who I can only assume is a manager pulled this girl to the side (at the very front of the store) and starts talking to her about where she’s not excelling and what her goals should be. My manager’s used to do this to me and I felt SO embarrassed because everyone and their mother could hear it. I put down what I was going to buy and walked out. Treat your employees better than that."

She’s really sweet and wants to do her best work. If you’re looking to be a redhead or any hair color in general, definitely make an appointment with her! Also the other hair stylist CJ was very informative and knowledgeable. Both of them are great!"

"I’ve been looking for a product for two weeks now. I’ve visited another Ulta where the product said it could be picked up in store and the consultants not knowledgeable about the products and took no time to really help me find it even though it said it was sold in store. This location was the next one that had it available online but it was about a 50 minute drive from me. I called first and Gabe answered the phone very promptly. He left what he was doing to try to locate the product and after a good search he was able to find it. He was patient and just as invested in helping me as I was to find the product.
