"Went in to have a pedi done and Rachel was incredibly rude the way she spoke to me. My 13 year old son even asked why she was being so mean… I decided we would spend our money somewhere else. I honestly wouldn’t waste any time or money on this place. Take your business somewhere else where you are valued as a customer."

"My gel manicure was very good. Lynn was precise, professional and drew lovely Palm trees on 2 nails for me.Their prices are a bit high though. Never before have I had to pay extra to have my old gel polish taken off."

"Wow. I must say at first look, I was very impressed. The employees were very professional, experienced, and polite. I got a full set of acrylics, but became worried when she started to hurry and rush while doing my nails. I do not like to feel rushed because getting my nails done is a relaxing and enjoyable time for me. My nails turned out lopsided and there was many bubbles and bumps in my nails. That being said, while doing my nails, she has told me that the person that had done my acrylics before me was very beginner and obviously did not have any experience. But honestly, I was a lot happier with my previous set of acrylics. Also, to add on top of this, she did not clarify the price. She did not tell me that she charged extra for a gel polish, which was an extra 15 dollars. When I politely asked why there was an upcharge, she raised her voice and made sure it was VERY clear that she doesn’t “run around telling customers prices.” This is when my whole perspective had changed. Such awful customer service, I will NEVER be going back, and that’s something that I will be making VERY clear as well."

"Great New Place - I went to get my nails done for my anniversary in March. My toes are still good! My nails held up really well, too. I got gel on my fingernails, and regular polish on toes. Great job. Clean salon. I definitely will return and would recommend to all."
