"I recently relocated to Cape Coral. I hadn’t found a nail salon I wanted to return to until now. I was so impressed with their friendly staff and cleanliness. I scheduled a pedicure with Tanya and was not disappointed. She assured me she could do what I wanted and did just that! I am preparing to go on a cruise and wanted a nautical theme. She looked at the picture once and went to get the colors. She was able to paint an anchor on my great toes and made them pop! Next time, she will do a gel fill on my fingernails. I am a happy customer. The price was reasonable for gels and a design!"

"Went for pedicure and to get a full set with art. I was pretty pleased with the product and the service. Two of my tips were slightly crooked but not noticible to someone if they were not specifically looking so I let it go. My daughter also had a full set put on. Hers started falling off within 24 hours but due to the holiday in conjunction with with our holiday travel, she was unable to contact the salon. She contacted the salon when we returned and was told their policy of no refunds and was being questioned as if she was lying. She did offer to show them pictures of the nails coming off. She already had another set put on while we were out of town so her nails would look good for the holiday. She thought she could work something out for her next needed service. More than a week had now gone by since my daughter spoke to the salon and no one had called her back. At that point I was planning on making another appointment for myself to return for another pedi and to get my nails redone. My daughter ended uo leaving a review of her experience to which a nasty and unprofessional response was posted to. Mistakes happen and it is possible that the nail tech that did her nails erred. This situation did not have to be a revenue loss to the salon but the initial lack of actions, accusatory questioning, and unprofessional response caused the salon to lose two potentially long-term customers. You could have simply offered her a future complimentary fill which would have turned into positive income two-fold in the future. Simple business math. I realize you are in a plaza across from a high school so perhaps you are used to that demographic."

"Cheaper than a podiatrist. Cut my nails and trim my toenails. Melissa did a great job! Checked my feet. Did more than the podiatrist would do. Clean and well organized. In and out in an hour. Plenty of parking. Will be back!"
