"Rude, rude, rude! Little Mr. Tippity Tapper Shoes kept passing us by and refused to stop and assist us in any way. So rude and unprofessional! I took my daughter to spend her $500 gift card she just got for Christmas and I am beyond upset about the fact that she was treated so badly. Never will I ever step foot in this establishment again! "I went into Ulta finally deciding I am going to get foundation that actually matches my ever changing face tone. The struggle has been a long one, as my face can have so many different tones due to glasses and sun exposure. I never have asked for professional help either, so it's been wasted money on guessing online or in store just by my eye. That day I walked in, picked the brand I wanted, and asked associate Cheyenne for help to match. She was fabulous! I can't give enough gratitude for her being patient with me while I asked questions on the difference between the powers and the liquids, cool, warm and neutral. We went through about 5 different colors on two products. I left with two foundations and a mascara, feeling confident! I tried one foundation on my entire face so far and I was in shock! I didn't think I could find something to even my face out and still look natural. Thanks again Cheyenne!! Maybe next time you can give me a eyeshadow lesson??"

"Tiffany the hair stylist and Promise the make-up artist are both beyond amazing! Tiffany cut my hair, did a peek-a-boo fantasy color with mermaid colors, and fixed my roots. The cut she did was wonderful and beyond what I had hoped for. I can just wash and air dry and it looks great. I have not been able to be just wash-and-wear in forever. She fixed me. The colors were on point and my friends all say I look 10 years younger. My husband says its the best he has ever seen me come home with from a salon. She is a magician. She is the best with fantasy colors. If you are looking for that mermaid/unicorn/or oil slick look then you have to book with Tiffany. I loved it so much I booked her to do my wedding hair. She suggested I used Promise for my wedding make-up. We all had such fun that day. All the girls working in the salon were so helpful. I am not one to wear make-up and I was worried it would be too much. It was perfect! I loved the lip color so much I had to get some to take home. I got so many compliments. I told everyone who asked to book a session with Promise and Tiffany. I have a pic here of the make-up with Promise from a quick selfie. I will update with the hair when I get them."
