"I never post negative reviews. But in this case I had to. I don't want anyone else to go through this experience. I originally requested a wash and go with a trim but asked for the taper of my hair to be touched up along with some twists. My appointment was with the owner but I was passed to someone else (last minute). My hair was not washed or stretched/detangled before it was cut. Unfortunately it seems that they do not specialize in natural hair COMPLETELY. Maybe braiding but NOT cutting,trimming, styling. Although the owner did not do my hair, I think it shows a lack of integrity to leave a FIRST time client with someone that inexperienced. And then charge $100+. I'm so disappointed. BUT after posting the review, the owner was gracious enough to fix my hair and it looks so good! She also ensured that I was fully refunded for the prior situation.(Think of the first pictures as the before and the second half as after.) She really cares about her craft.Thank you again for your time and attention!"
