"Never in all the times I have visited Mr. Cool have they ever missed. I have tried many rolled ice creams but none are as good as the rolled ice cream served here. I always try to swing by when I’m in the area, and sometimes I even drive 30 minutes just to come here because they’re open late. I always get the Supreme Berry. It just has that perfect sweetness, and it’s fruity and refreshing so I can eat so much of it. I just love how they blend the berries in with the ice cream, and they give me a lot of berries on top. Another good recommendation is the morning latte. The staff is very friendly; I come often so they always greet me, and it’s a nice, roomy hangout spot to study or relax at. I highly recommend passing by and giving it a try at least once !! They will not disappoint."

"i can admit that my first experience with this establishment was less that stellar. the shop is roomy and comfortable. the music is mainly up tempo and pop. the staff this time around was more welcoming than my last experience. as for the product, i feel that $11 was a bit excessive for roughly the equivalent of one scoop of ice cream. but overall it was a moderate experience. this is a decent hang out spot. the menus are clearly displayed but pricing is not advertised."
