"If I could put zero stars I would. I have very long hair but also have an undercut. I went in to get my undercut shaved back down. JUST my undercut. The girl (Lauren I think) asked me for my own scrunchie to pur my hair up in a bun then quickly shaved my hair. Afterwards I had clumps, CLUMPS, of my long hair falling out after I took my hair down and ran my fingers through it. I called to explain and all she said was "so? I mean it was an accident. Your bun wasn't properly pulled tight enough" she was the one who put it up. She never said sorry or anything. If you want someone who doesn't care about your hair then go see Lauren at great clips."
