"Eileen is very sweet, kind, and friendly. I've been going to her for 5 years give or take. Fixed multiple hair cuts and dyed for me. She is really a wonderful talented person but I just have to say Everytime I come out from getting something done I am never truly satisfied. It kinda feels like she gives you what she wants to give you instead of what you ask for. Giving you what you want but with her own twist. Sometimes it's okay but it just gets to a point that you want what you want. Now I don't cut hair but I do dye my own hair and they way I part my hair would be similar to cutting so I know my bangs and the lengths I want or like. I am posting this because I am trying to grow my hair and I asked for a frame just on the pieces that were badly broken which should have just been a bang but instead I got front layers that I didn't ask for and I look like I'm a child when I'm in my 30s. I kept coming here because I am used to it but I think it's time to move on because this last experience was just to much of me dealing with the same hairdresser who doesn't listen to what i want."
