"Went to Oceana today at her Sebring Studio for the first time. She was a good listener and seemed very concerned about doing my hair the way I preferred. She retouched my roots, touched up my highlights, cut and blow-dried my hair. I loved how it turned out and I'm very particular and not easy to please; so that's huge!! Her Studio was very clean and comfortable. She offered me a water and a snack; I even went home with a little thank you gift bag. I couldn't be happier :)."
