Kat is the epitome of professionalism, exudes positive energy, most of all Kat and her Team Rock! Seamless in team presentation, store is really maintained above any other, the professionalism, with exceptional customer courtesy and service is beyond phenomenal, from salon to products, staff exceed the bar on every tier. "will never be going to this location again ,Very unsatisfied ,i waited over 10 minutes for a fragrance and the lady that helped was not very nice about it she was an older lady. wasn’t in the area when people needed her. I needed help with multiple things but no one stopped to help me after asking a couple of workers .This all happened about a couples of days ago.etc.the list goes on .very very disappointed with this store do better."

"The checkout process was quicker than usual. However, I couldn't stay in the store long enough to really shop because the smell of perfume was way too strong. It gave me a headache and made me nauseous. I could still smell it long after I left the store."
