"My little sister went 9/30/23 to get a formal updo nothing crazy it was just a high ponytail with curls. As she was competing in calendar girl that day. I dropped her off and when she came home (used her own hard earned summer money 70$) I was shocked as it looked NOTHING like the picture. What kind of pony tail doesn’t even have a pony tail holder? It was just curled (which didn’t hold up) and Bobby pinned to the back of her head. I don’t do anything with hair but I watched TikTok and was able to make it presentable. Never going back. Which is a shame as I had 3 more sisters that we could’ve given them business with if they even tried. I tried calling but no one picks up. The girl scheduled to do her hairs name was Abby."

"First time around was amazing. I did a walkin, no problem, got the perfect cut in a timely manner. Months later went again for a trim. There was nobody in the salon waiting. The girl at the desk asked if I had an appt, again I didn't, she proceeds to inform me there isn't any availability. OK, no problem, I thanked her and left to go grocery shopping. 30-40 mins later, my car having been parked right in front of the salon, i could see the same girl was still just sitting at the front desk with still no clients in the salon. We make eye contact, she gets up from the desk and heads to the back of the salon, out of sight. I was not given the option of a wait time, then for me to go and come back and there still wasn't a soul in sight is very bad business."
