"Lady butchered my hair and was cold to me during entire service. Every time I talked she would ignore me or grunt. I don’t know her name but she was the dark skinned lady with a nose piercing. I asked for my hair to lay on my shoulders and she cut it up to my chin. When I got home (after crying the whole way there) I looked in the mirror and saw that my hair was uneven. She never measured in front of my face like they normally do to make sure both sides were the same there were a bunch of longer pieces that I had to cut myself to fix it. I’m really disappointed and upset because my daughters first birthday is in 10 days and I look stupid. She never even asked me if that’s the length I meant before cutting away she just cut all around my head unevenly. You can tell she hates her job"

"Pretty good. Some of the staff are hit & miss with the quality haircut on my kid. Prices went up. The best thing is the app where so check in ahead of time so you don't have to wait long."

They were all dressed up like super hero’s that day for cancer awareness and to collect donations at checkout. Jenny explained all the details and I was happy to participate. I’ll be back!"

"Yesterday I had my hair cut at this Great Clips by " Barbie". I am 66 years old, and this is the worst haircut of my life. I told her tapered up the back, leave me some bangs and take some weight off the top. I did tell her short, but I sure didn't anticipate a man's flattop. At one point I became concerned and said, hey, leave me some hair. I became more concerned when she asked the stylist next to her for help. She took double the time my simple haircut normally takes. My hair is butchered. I have been going to this location for several years, and Jason and the rest of the staff have always done a great job. Barbie needs to go back to school and/or be closely supervised. I am a cancer patient, and my hair recently grew back after receiving chemo treatments. Well, now I really look like a cancer patient. Thanks for making this old lady cry and lowering my self esteem. Great job."
