"This is a (1 STAR) facility. IT IS NOT HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE IN THIS DAY AND TIME. My Mom had foot surgery and had to be in a wheelchair for 10 to 12 weeks.. To lift her spirits we went to get her hair done. Vivian(5 Stars) has been her stylist for years and years. She made Mom LOOK and FEEL AMAZING !!! HOWEVER, it came at a physical price. I struggled to get her through the sandy courtyard and into the facility. (No wheel chair access) During her visit, my mom had to use the restroom. She had a cast on her foot from major surgery and could put no weight on her foot. There is a 5" drop and narrow doorways to the bathroom that wheelchairs don't fit through. She ended up jarring her shoulder, (very painful and may have to have surgery on it) and then had to try and hop on one foot 6 to 8 feet to the bathroom. To return to finish her hair, she could not jump up the 5" step and I had to push her out the back door and entirely around the building and back in the front. PLEASE update this facility more than a HANDICAP Parking Sign. Your hair stylist are GREAT, but when clients can't get into the facility, they will start loosing clients and money ($$$)."
