"I came in with my daughter for us both to get a facial and me to get eyelashes done. I’ve had my eyelashes done there before so I did not mind waiting. We had to wait for the customer that was there before us which was fine no problem. Other customers were coming in I was taken with my turn and instead of doing my daughters facial after me, She took the person that came in after us before my daughter. That was the beginning of the problems. I was missing a small spot in my previously done lashes and asked her just to fill it. She basically said she couldn’t or something to that effect and started pulling on the already put lashes and she was yanking on them and she basically pulled out a lot of my lashes. She applied The new lashes on and when they started growing out I could see the mini lashes she pulled out she didn’t apply anything on my lashes before she started pulling the old ones off of my lashes that were glued on. Worst experience ever getting lashes will never ever return."
"Love getting my eyebrows done here. I always go to Shoba she is the best. She fixed my eyebrows after they were so uneven and did a great job. I have also gotten lash extensions and my eyebrows dyed and have loved the results."
