"$374. for 2 cuts & color. Michele gave 2 bad haircuts. 1) Blunt cut straight across my long hair obviously didn't work. 2) Fringe to fame face, she razor & thinned it, looks bad. She cut 3" off my BLUNT hair. Salon text "wish you the best finding a new salon". How about: CAN WE OFFER YOU ANOTHER STYLIST? You get a D in guest services. We go on cruises, we're retired. I don't need to blow dry & style hair daily & now it's back to ponytail & hair pins. I'm seeking a new salon & stylist, suggestions please."

Carly was empathetic, offered me counsel, talked about hair assist with a topper, and offered her best choice of a hair cut for me. She was like food for my soul.
