"My mom and I just went yesterday to get a pedicure. I made a reservation for the two of us and when we got there they said they were understaffed. The one lady did my mom's toes and I had to wait until she was done for mine to be done. I specifically made the reservation so my mom and I could both get our toes done at the same time and not only that but the person doing my mom's toes rushed it. When my mom asked if she could clip her toe nails she said it was fine and then proceeded to barely file. When it came down to the painting part that's when things got bad. The lady doing my mom's toes got nail polish on my mom's foot and when my mom asked for her to get it off she tried to wipe it off and just smeared it. Than my mom asked 2 more times and the lady took a hard file that they use for the bottom of your foot and used it to scrub off the nail polish. I looked over and cringed. My mom kept saying ouch and the lady laughed it off. Not only did it hurt my mom we both couldn't believe she would use a nail file on my mom's bare skin. Her foot was almost to the point of bleeding and she still had polish on her foot. My mom asked for nail polish remover but she instead still used the file. Now for myself When i was waiting the person to do my nails my water for my feet was freezing. This was all together an awful experience and I don't recommend going here unless you want bad service and your skin scrubbed off. To top everything off my mom called and asked for a refund and they told her that it was probably just an allergic reaction from the scrub, they said the manager wasn't there and she couldn't even call or reach out to the manager. They also never once apologized but proceeded to say "I completely understand" when they clearly didn't. Not only did they not make it up to us but they didn't believe us even when my mom asked them to look at the cameras. And lastly, this hasn't been the first time either the last time my mom and I went to go get a pedicure there we had a horrible time as well and nobody should be treated like this but especially when you are almost paying over $100 for 2 pedicures."

"I had an incredible experience here! The receptionist was very kind and found a nail tech for me right away! Danny did my nails exactly as my inspo picture and the results were astonishing. I will definitely be returning:)"

"My first experience here was very disappointing and I will not be returning. My pedicure was good and seems to be lasting well, but I specifically said that I wanted the Deluxe pedicure, and pointed to that one on the sheet. I did not find out until paying that she charged me for the Vegan pedicure (significantly more expensive). I wanted the deluxe because of the callus removal (I had just run a half marathon), but she did not remove them. I ended up getting a design on my big toes for the first time ever because the tech would not stop asking me about it and I was trying to enjoy my time (I have a toddler at home). She kept trying to upsell me during my manicure as well. The manicure was the most disappointing part and was probably the worst gel manicure I have ever had. It was sloppy, didn’t even feel like gel, and it started lifting, chipping, and peeling on day FIVE. Very poor quality and no longevity."

"I received a gel manicure from “Chino” on 11/21. Wasn’t a huge fan of them but it seemed “ok” (being nice). By 11/24, the polish had lifted and completely came off of all but 3 of my nails. I returned to have them redone (I wanted a different manicurist but they said they’re independent contractors and he needed to fix them). He didn’t even get all of the blue polish off from the 3 nails that didn’t lift…This is the worst looking manicure I’ve ever had. The shape looks deformed and it looks like a child painted them. I will go to another salon to have them redone."
