"I go to this place often to see TJ. I slipped up a cppl times and went to someone else that had been working there and had issues. As a business owner I know I can NOT DO everything by myself so I hire ppl as every business own should. YES, ITS A HIT OR MISS. I know NOW that if I have an event or its important for me to have my brows done good, I will wait for the Owner. She is amazing and listens at times. There are plenty of ppl that like or love their brows different. REMEMBER BAD VIEWS HURT THE BUSINESS when you could literally just talk to the owner first. TJ IS AMAZING!!!!! Thank you..."

"I’ve been here a few times before and have always had my eyebrows done by the same woman and they look good. I go in today and there was another woman there. I sat down and told her to keep them thick. After the right eyebrow, she hands me the mirror. Everything looks good so she goes to the left one. At this point her son was running up to her multiple times and hit me in my head to which there was no acknowledgement or an apology. She finishes and hands me the mirror again and the left eyebrow has an entirely different shape and was thinner. I told her and she offered to make the right one thinner to which I declined because I did not want them thin to begin with! I have an event to go to tonight so I left pretty annoyed and frustrated. I will not go back."

"I walked into this business today and they had 1 customer. The lady working there looked at me wondering what a man was doing at a eyebrow trimming place. I told her I would like my eyebrows trimmed. Then she says "only woman". I respectfully said okay and walked out. I've been to there other location in the Tyron Square Mall and never did they say "only woman". Who runs a successful business and turns down the opportunity to make money! I would like the owner of this business to respond to me and tell me if this is their policy or just the woman working there preference."
