"I left there about 30min ago, I walked in and there was immediately no one at the front. As soon as someone came out to take my order, this young lady’s entire demeanor was off. She was leaning up against the register screen and had an attitude the whole time I ordered. She was about to hand me my icecream when I asked nicely if she can add cookie crumbles on it as well. She rolled her eyes at me and paused for a good 10 seconds and didn’t say a word. I then stated if it was a problem to just leave it. Again, she didn’t say a word and handed me my ice-cream. Soon after she hands it back she then explains she’d have to charge me again, i stated that was fine if she did. She left who knows where and never came back, I stood at the front waiting. Eventually, i just left. I understand people have bad days but, this experience made me feel like my presence was such an inconvenience for her. Other than that incident , my cookie butter icecream was great. (,:"
"Fills up the cup even with a small. Great flavors - highly recommend combining the Italian ice with the soft serve option. You can try a couple flavors too. Can get busy on weekend."
"The place was huge. The ice was delicious but it needed a little wiping down but you can’t blame the one single high school/college kid working. Went in at 3 & it got pretty busy with bunch elementary kids and their parents with one girl in there by herself. Company should be ashamed. Work two kids at a time specially at that hour."
"Jeremiahs ice cream is so popular that on the night we went almost all flavors were sold out. An It is so delicious and yummy yummy. My kids love to come here and we try to drop in a couple times a month. I definitely recommend Jeremiah’s Italian Ice in Naples, Florida!"
"We tried Jeremiah’s for the first time last year and loved it! It is very clean. The staff is friendly and attentive. Their products are delicious! We tried the new one out in August 2022 on Radio Road and they were amazing too! We’ll definitely be back when we’re in Florida again!!"
