"My boyfriend surprised me with a hair appointment by Sara for Mother's Day boyfriend messed up the appointment time and we were 30 minutes late went on for bayalage and she said she didn't have time and is only doing highlights it was our fault for being late and anything was better than what I had so I let her she applied the wraps and let me sit first of all it was my first time going to her and second I had no color at all on my hair so being new she doesn't know how fast/slow my hair processes also it being virgin hair it typically will process pretty fast she had another client come in and did her highlights letting me sit there (it was about an hour) never checking my hair once by the time she got done with her other client she finally checked me and said it's ready to wash out while washing it out I can tell something wasn't right I just figured i needed toner or something but she spent a long time washing my hair combed my hair out at the sink instead of station and then said she was going to do a dry cut on my hair and sat me under the dryer once again felt like something was wrong why would she do a dry cut and why wouldn't she just blow dry it instead of putting me under the dryer well as I was sitting there I was trying to look at it so I grabbed my phone and started to put my fingers through my hair when I pulled my hand away it was covered in hair I instantly realized how fried my hair was I started bawling and my boyfriend calmed me down I confronted Sara knowing she knew already that it was fried and she tried to play it off and say it wasn't well I was pulling chunks outta my hair and showing her she was still saying it wasn't then she said it was just the ends even tho I was pulling the full length of my hair out of it my hair desperately needed a trim and shaping so she blamed it on my damaged hair but the only parts that were falling out was the over processed bleach then she said I needed an cut anyway no I needed a trip and shape not a cut I have been trying so hard to grow my hair out she had absolutely no remorse was never apologetic just talked to me like I was stupid and she didn't do anything wrong never once took accountability for her screw up she offered a treatment which was a cheap leave in conditioner travel size at that and to cut my hair but I was not about to let her touch my hair with scissor after she just fried my hair I have now had to spend 100s of dollars trying to fix it I had my miss work that night and I bartend so work for tips and lost about 300$ at least in tips I will still have to spend a lot more money trying to fix it and to top it all off the color is absolutely horrid the highlights go from white to gold to yellow when it all blends it looks grey in some places and golden in others it looks like I have regrowth already and it's just a disgusting mess I wouldn't recommend her to anyone just warn them her salon is dirty as hell and she uses extremely cheap products also she is a horrible person who clearly is careless and lets unhappy customers walk away with no remorse"
