"Give these people a receptionist! The stylists are great. 5 star to them. However, everytime I come in here the stylists have to bounce back and forth between the desk, the phone, and the person they are servicing. When someone walks in they either have to say "just wait please" while they keep doing someone's hair and then theres a bunch of people waiting and no way to keep tabs on who came first or they have to leave their clients to check people in or schedule them. And then someone is sitting there in the chair with their hair half done just waiting for the stylist to be able to come back. The phone is ringing off the hook unanswered. They're probably seeing less clients than they could be, losing the company money. Plus sometimes theres just one person in here all one with clients. That isnt right and isnt really safe."
