She listened to my exact needs (keep the length, long layers, thicker bangs, etc.) and completely delivered. My hair has never look healthier and has more bounce after one session in Nikki's chair. I am so amazed with how my haircut turned out and will definitely be back!"

"Went to this salon to get hair extensions. The atmosphere was great and the girls were very accommodating, however I’ve gone twice and I’m still not happy with the results. The first time I went I just got the extensions installed and when I got home I realized how noticeable they were, they were a different color all together from my hair color but I had made a color appointment the week after and figured it would be taken care of. Well it wasn’t, i got my hair highlighted and toned but not the extensions and after getting home I can still see where my hair ends and the extensions begin. I spent so much money in this salon only to now have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. Please do your own research and don’t always trust what the stylists tell you."

"Went in to go full blonde. $700 after tip. The top layers looked okay however once i got to see it at home it was bad. Orange streaks, banding, uneven and sloppy lift in the back, scalp muocus dried from the burn on my scalp prob from too high of a developer, also bleached spots on blouse that day that i ignored. I reached out to the owner and she never took accountability that her 18 year old hair stylist didnt do a good job. She had me come in after knowing i did a glaze at ulta because i wasnt able to reach them for a couple of days and it looked very ugly after 1 wash. I had no idea she would have me come back in, though she knew it was a drive for me was long and when i came refused to fix it because i had the glaze which she knew about. Ridiculous. It got more petty, she or someone else in her family sent a private comment on a yelp review name calling me. Def wouldn’t recommend."
