"this WAS a great place when Penny& Jacob owned it. new management is horrible. PLEASE MAKE SURE THEY ARE SANTIZING EQUIPMENT. BC she dipped the used scrubber she jus scratched my foot with in my foot water then placed it back in her drawer... I should have left then!!!!! paid in cash , was charged 31? awkward number. the naiady tammy hurt my toe twice. was honestly scared for her to touch my other foot but it was fine. hoping I don't get any infections."

"The new owners are nice people, however, this is my second time having the new female owner do my nails and ABSOLUTELY NOT ! the first set popped right off, I convinced myself to give it another chance and said maybe I just needed a new set. She puts stiletto tips on but then applies a square thick acrylic application that wouldn’t of passed in the 90s So I asked her how are you going to get it back to the stiletto shape ? Like why would any one do this ??!! She starts hand filing my nails down and trying to clip them with a nail clipper CHIiiiLD !! I kindly stood up and told her I’ll do it myself !! This woman had the never to try to charge me $85 for a basic pedi and her mess of a visit !!! I’m going back tomorrow for a refund ! How much is this pedi probably $30 right so you really about to charge me $50 for what !! I have to pay someone else to soak this off and redo it or do it myself now which I hate !! She wasted my time, I cried !! I have a whole video shoot on Tuesday and now my Monday is going to be crazy trying to get my nails done on top of my hair appointment !!! Instead of her taking me when she was tired she should of just said no, or when she realized she messed up, at least apologize but nothing !!! Just acts like it’s my fault she made huge mistakes !!! Don’t get me started on her snapping or drilling skills !! I don’t do my own nails cause I’m tired and it’s relaxing to have someone work on me for a change but this has me so mad !! Nope never again and I attached pictures"

"Jacob, Penny, and their whole staff are the best Nail Salon I have ever visited by far. They have excellent customer service, their salon is very clean and good prices. I used to go to other places, and my nails would chip and get infections easily. However, since I started going to their salon, my nails are healthier and last longer. I've also enjoyed their pedicures and eyebrow waxing. I give the place 5 stars because you just won't find a better place."
