"Worst haircut ever! She needs to go back to school. Very unprofessional salon. Had me sit in the chair before sweeping the previous customers hair out of the way. You can tell that two of them hate their job. If I could give a big ZERO, I would. Do not waste your money there. And I would never let her try to fix what she did."

"I had a terrible experience with my haircutter Brit! I was so nice the whole time with her and created no conversation at all. She then got upset at me because as she was finishing up, I asked her if she can make my sides a little shorter . She kept complaining and rolling her eyes at me. She told me to never do that again . She states she has to stick to a time limit whether the client wants an adjustment or not. I was so shocked by what I heard . Terrible communication skills and terrible people skills . I’ll never go with her again and will be contacting corporate to refund my money along with having someone talk to her ."

"Worst treatment and haircut I've ever had, it was not cut or styled as I asked. Lady squirted gel on my arm and didn't wipe it off. She pulled and yanked my hair like she was pulling weeds and as she had never touched or will touch ethnic hair. She looked at my hair in disgust.The amount of eye rolls and disrespect were infinite. My partner saw it and he went outside. When my partner went in to complain because I was crying in the car after the cut, the manager said to come in to fix it. There was no way I was going back in. It was horrible and almost purposely prejudice the way the lady treated me. The best would have been a refund. This was last year and I've been reluctant because it was so embarrassing"

"my boyfriend got his hair cut while i sat there.his hair looks good but i wasn’t very happy with the environment. i didn’t get names but both white ladies were rude and sat there with attitude. there was a darker skinned lady who seemed to actually enjoy being there where as the other two seemed to hate it. idk maybe an attitude check or simply find a new job would be nice. i also noticed it’s not very sanitary. i saw the darker lady change out her combs customer to costumer. although they swept the floor the tools or seats were never cleaned or wiped down."

"Brought my son (who has sensory issues) in, no appointment and they were quick and the stylist was amazing with him and did a fantastic job. Will definitely be coming back."
