"My mom had gone there for root touch up instead she came back with patch work done there is still lots of white hair. now she has to spend more money to redo it at another salon. Lady works there did not give her proper attention and would not listen to her, instead she kept running around to other customer. finished my mother shampoo and coloring too fast so she can start on someone else med and pedi. it's not like my mom had not taken appointment, even after taking appointment lack of service and patch job. Never going to recommend anyone to that place. Worst place ever."
"They destroyed my daughters hair and the pedicure was disgusting and cut her fingers while giving a gross manicure. I would NEVER go back and encourage everyone to never go. I have never written a review but after spending $200 and having to have my daughters hair recut while she cries."
"First the people in the front of the shop are so sweet and helpful. Secondly, everyone in the back of the salon were just as wonderful and kind. I was taken care of by Ellie and Jr. They make a great team if your looking to get highlights done here!!! Jr. cut my hair and did an amazing job!!! Thanks guys for giving me a hairstyle that I love and cant wait to show off. They did it with me just walking in with a photo of something I saw online. Plus if you need people who speak Spanish to work on your hair there whole staff speaks it... That's a huge plus. Great job guys thanks again for making me feel so welcome in your store.
