"I started going to Art Tech Hair Studio around February 2021 for a Curly Perm. 3 months later after my touch-up, my hair starting coming out. Initially, I was not sure if I wanted to go back for the next touch up, but I decided to give them a chance to make it right. I called to say that I wanted another touch up, but when I got there the stylist noticed that my hair had indeed come out. Instead of her taking responsibility for my misfortune of now dealing with bald spots. She blamed me by saying that I scratched my hair and that was the reason for my baldness. Then she charged me 45 dollars and said that I needed to come back to be charged again for treatments 2 more times. I am extremely disappointed in what happened to me and just wanted to warn anyone else thinking of going to this salon what happened to me. This was not a fluke because my neighbor had the same treatment and her hair came out as well and she too was told that it was her fault for scratching her head. I went there with a head full of thick long hair and now forced to wear wigs to cover up the bald areas of my scalp."

"This place is legit! I have been here 3 times and each time I receive great hair care information and tips and beautiful hair styles. I see hair expert Tori who is phenomenal and super friendly. She really knows her stuff. This place is not cheap but it's also not expensive. If you want someone who knows what they are doing and can help you reach your hair goals either relaxed or natural hair, they are all well versed in hair care, products for all hair types, they will certainly help you reach your hair goals. I love the atmosphere. They are Christian owners and really make the place feel peaceful. They play gospel music, offer a tour on your first visit and always offer tea or some beverage. If your looking for a salon without all the drama and negative filled atmosphere this is where you come. I am always greeted with a smile and hugs by friendly staff; it definitely feels like family here. Each hair stylist treats each other with respect, very much like a sisterhood. The location is small and intimate but you definitely get great quality from each and every hair stylist here. I could go on and on. Just come and check it out yourself and I'm sure you will love the salon and the team here."

"I have been going to Art Tech Studio for about 3 months now. My only regret is that I did not know about this place earlier in life. Mrs. Shaneece is my stylist and she is absolutely amazing! I've never met a stylist like her. She is friendly, professional, knowledgable and skilled in her craft. Amazing is truly an understatement. Her staff is well organized and are all truley talented. They work as a team and hair care is the ultimate goal. The service provided is impeccable beginning at the front door with the receptionist. My hair is thriving when I was told it wouldn't. It looks amazing, feels amazing and is healthy! Thank you for giving me back my confidence."
