"My nail tech is on maternity leave so I decided to go to Todays Nails & Spa close to my house. Never Again! Me & another girl walked in around closing time. I was greeted nicely. Asked for gel nails and pedicure with gel polish. The pregnant lady that sits in the first chair to the left started my pedicure. I'm a 6 ft tall female so when she started to run the water I asked her could she put the chair back. She didn't say anything so I assumed she didn't hear me. So moments later when she told me to put my feet in the water she replied, "Can You Wait". Very unprofessional! I told her, this is why I stop coming to certain nail shops because y'all are rude. A lot of them talk to Black people with little or no respect. So she finally put the chair back and did the faster worse pedicure I've ever had. I noticed the young lady that came in with me had several techs helping her tech but not one helped the young lady with mine nails. It was near closing time and they were trying to get home, I definitely understand that. So I asked the lady that was doing my pedicure can someone start my nails, "she said I'll do for you". I assumed she didn't want to share the money I was paying. After my pedicure I had to show her where she didn't polish the sides (probably because of rushing). So she attempted to polish it with an attitude and so quickly until they wasn't dry before she started the top polish. Then she kept referring to me as "Hey Lady" never attempted to address me properly. Very rude and unprofessional. She started my nails and before she could finish all the rest of the techs walked out together leaving her by herself. To me that spoke volumes on her personality, maybe they didn't care for her attitude and unprofessionalism. Because I didn't. She rushed my nails and feet. Please see pictures. This was taken an hour after I left the shop. Horrible job. But I'm more upset about how I was treated then my nails/toes. THEY DON'T LIKE US, STOP SPENDING YOUR MONEY THERE. There are plenty of other nail salon that treats everyone with respect. I'm a retired teacher and business owner in Orlando. I will tell all former students and all teachers DO NOT spend your money here."

"If I can give this place 0 stars I will, I got my nails done on 09/25 got home and my gel polish just peeled off, went back on the 09/26 to ask for a refund they don’t do refunds but can’t fix my nails either bcuz, I would not recommend this place. I paid $57 dollor for my nails to come off within one hour! The most horrible customer service ever!! Do not go here! And I will report this place to the better bureau"

"The quality of work/powder dip is extremely poor! Within week, the product was lifting off my nail. The salon was immediately informed of the issue and my nails were redone at no cost, but I could see no improvements and/or difference. In the span of A DAY, my nails were lifting once again (see attached picture). There was no point in disputing anything because during my visit, I witnessed how rude the staff can become. This experience will definitely be used as an opportunity to go elsewhere."

"STAY AWAY FROM HERE! I made a visit to the salon on 2/17/23 for an acrylic removal on my hands and a gel pedicure. The gentleman that is slim/tall/wears glasses did my service (don't recall his name). He was friendly and talkative but I should've figured something was up because he took almost 1.5hr for my basic pedicure. I have no issues with my feet so I found it puzzling why he was taking so long. I selected a white gel polish, left the salon and then went about my weekend. I had to come back on 2/20 because the left big toe and middle toe had already started peeling! I went back and had it fixed, left thinking that I'd be fine. I then on Wednesday 2/22 noticed my right big toe started peeling bad after a day at work wearing closed toe shoes!!! I just went back to them today 2/24, and explained I had already come back on Monday for a repair and now wanted a refund so I can take my money elsewhere. The girl that sits upfront closest to the register told me that she would not refund me the $50 I paid (not including the $10 tip) but that they could fix it. Why so I can keep having to waste gas and come back?! Avoid this place at all costs. Poor customer service."
