However, upon trying to redeem it today, I was informed that it would not be honored due to the change in ownership. I then went to his new location 'Volusia Nail and Spa' and he refused to honor this certificate which he had already collected on. Despite efforts to resolve the matter, I encountered a significant amount of confusion and passing of responsibility between the current and previous owners. It's disheartening to experience such inconsistency, especially considering that the business is still registered under Nails by Raymond. I've taken steps to address this issue with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and sunbiz FL, as the situation seems to require external intervention to be resolved. I felt compelled to share this experience to caution others against similar frustrations when purchasing gift certificates from your establishment.
