"If you're looking to get a haircut by razor blade, or have your earring pulled out by stylist aggressive brushing, this is the place. Laura did my hair, and when I got home and brushed out the mess she did to my hair I was literally horrified. I'm adding photos to try and deter anyone else from experiencing this same situation. Luckily it is hair, and it will grow back, but Laura does not deserve to go unrecognized for the harm she did cause. Laura ran my card first, (yes I payed, Laura did a great job at hiding what she had done as she didn't brush it out or blow dry it so I didn't see the crime scene that was on my head until I was home. Laura said my first card 'declined' so I gave her a second. After getting home and seeing what she had done, I called expecting a full refund. Little did I know Laura ran both of my cards, both of them charging me full price. Laura told me she will not be refunding me, and that she stands by the damage she did to my hair. Honestly, this women seems to need the money she charged me, so I will just be taking the loss. I hope that this deters anyone thinking of going here, for the sake of your hair DO NOT GO HERE. Take a look at the photos of my hair after coming to Hair Boulevard Co., do not make the mistake I did. (The photos were taken by the stylist I went to after who tried to save what Laura did!)"
