"Horrible place. Very unprofessional and discriminating. They all speak Spanish and don’t understand English. Long story short I was there for four hours to get my hair colored. The girl did not know what I wanted because she didn’t understand me. She then proceeded to put a color over my hair to color the gray, which I did not tell her to do. I got an allergic reaction. I was itching and burning and suffering as she ignored me and worked on another customer who I believe was her friend. Then that customer while I was getting my hair washed because of the reaction was put at my station with my keys, my wallet and my phone. I told her this is ridiculous. You don’t belong working on someone else while you’re working on me and you ignored me while I was having a reaction. The dye was not even in my hair more than 10 minutes it was supposed to be in my hair for 45 minutes and turned my hair orange. Yet she also charged me for this.I said to her why do you have that lady sitting in my chair where my personal belongings are? I am not going to be here all day. I’ve been here for, four hours, which I should’ve only been there for two. She started me 20 minutes late on top of it. Plus they never cut my hair. Then they had the nerve to charge me $150 for this horrible experience. This is theft of service. I would never recommend them, and I would never go back. my hair was not done right and the color was wrong. It was not what I asked for. All night I had to put Benadryl on my head and neck. I would give them zero stars if I could."

They are very good with colors. My hair has grown very long since I've been going here. They will do anything possible to make their customers happy. They are all good beauticians .. !!
