"I left work 1.5 hours early because I work in Winter Park and live in Mount Dora to take my son to his haircut appointment that I scheduled over the phone last week and confirmed by text two days ago only to arrive and be told by the young lady behind the counter that Kara canceled her appointments for the rest of the day. My son is leaving on Tuesday early to travel to WA for the summer. The young lady then texted her to tell her I was there and she asked me if we could come back tomorrow at 5. Seriously? No courtesy of a phone call to let me know my appointment was canceled? I am greatly disappointed because my daughter who also sees Kara loves her, but I am not scheduling with someone who has zero consideration for my time. I don’t care how good you are. You lost not one, but 3 clients today. None of us will be returning to you."
