Marriott's Royal Palms 8404 Vacation Way, Orlando, FL 32821

"Have stayed in the past and always happy. Unfortunately this time the room is in need of a deep clean and fix some normal wear and tear. Had to prop open the doors for the first hour to reduce the awful musty smell. Might have had a water leak that was fix but the smell was lingering."

"We actually stayed at the Sabal Palms. I'm sure the timeshare was in place before the big Marriott was built, but you are now driving by all the loading docks, etc to get to the 'resort'. Not a pretty welcome! We were billed for a charge to the room we didn't make. Although we were on the 1st floor, the villa has 2 sets of 2 stairs that we didn't know about. This could be a problem for some guests. Extremely busy when the upstairs guests ran around at night."

"I'm not even going to sugarcoat it... This was probably the best Villa I have had the pleasure of staying at so far in my three Decembers of visiting this site for an event. They have answered every call that we made regarding any services we needed. All hours someone seemed available. The kitchen worked out for most of our needs and the fridge had enough space for all items that we purchased to cook on site for the time of the event. A real shame my event won't be back any further due to venue change but I'll always have memories of this place. Now gaze upon the meals that we feasted upon during their duration of our nerdy anime convention stay."

"Great location close to Disney Theme Parks, villa was very spacious and comfortable for the family. Main lobby building is amazing with several food options. Bathrooms of villas need to be renovated."

"Close to all the attractions. The kids loved the pools and we spent a day at the other Marriott resort with the water slides. There's a shuttle that takes you there. Highly recommend exploring that on a down day. You can order food by the pool and ride the glass elevator. We took advantage of the BBQ on site and there was everything we needed to enjoy our stay and cook our own meals. The staff was great and helped us whenever we needed it."
