"I went to this place on accident and if my husband hadn’t have dropped me off and left to run errands, I would have never gotten my nails done here. I didn’t realize how dirty it was until I was already seated and in the chair having serviced done. I’m visiting from out of state and when my husband was asking me where to go, I accidentally pulled up directions for the wrong salon. For the $30 pedicure, there was nothing added for the feet soak. They literally just ran water and told me to put my feet in. She took my polish off with the little drill which felt excessive and only cut my big toe nails (though this might have been a blessing considering how gross the place was), and used the cheese grater looking thing on me and the blue sponge scrubber. She painted my toes , put lotion on my legs, and told me I was done. I hadn’t even been in the chair for 15 minutes, but other customers started coming in so I think she was rushing. After my feet were done, she put on these yellow velcro shoes that had been sitting in a pile and weren’t like a one and done shoe—it was a normal shoe that you’d wear out and about. I have no clue how many people have worn these and I have no clue why she didn’t put my own sandals back on me. I was also getting gel nails done because she didn’t have dip which is what I normally get. While sitting in the nail chair, I watched her rinse the stuff she used on my feet in the sink without soap. She did not clean anything! I thought maybe she would clean them more, because she came back to do my nails. However, after she was done, I watched her use those same tools on another woman!! Without washing them or sterilizing them. I’ve never been so grossed out in my life. The fact that they’re using the same tools on people without properly cleaning them. Everything is covered in dirt and dust. Things are in bottles with the wrong labels. The service is rushed and not well done. This place needs to go through a serious cleaning, and they need to figure out their tool use better, because this is the place you go to and end up with an infection. I wish I had listened to my gut and just called my husband to get me. I honestly hate that I got my nails done here and spent money at a place that has no respect for their customers. I hope this review helps you make a better nail salon decision, because I promise you this one isn’t it. It’s a safety hazard and needs to be checked out by a health inspector asap."

"they saved my life i almost scratched my eyes with my acrylics i got too long. i came in last minute and they were so quick to help me shorten them. FIVE STARS !!!"

"I dont like giving bad reviews but if I would have known that someone else had the same kind of terrible experience i did at this place i definitely wouldn't have gone there. The whole place is very dirty and out dated. I also witnessed the lady take the tools she used on my feet and use them on another customer without sterilizing them. Dropping one on the floor. She was very ruff with my feet. Later i noticed she gave me a papercut on my toe and she scraped two of my toes with her tool which has bruised and made it very uncomfortable to walk. Maybe it used to be a good place to go but theres no way i would ever go back."

"Previously I had given them 5 stars, but I am changing that at this time. In January I went in to get my nails done. I have been using them regularly since 2018, until covid. I always get the exact same thing.. dark pink and white acrylic, fish trail, wide, square, square. I have always LOVED the way the man does my nails! But this time, he was rude, and said he couldn't do my nails like that. He made my hands look like two different people had done them. One hand was great, the other horrible. When I complained, he said he could take them off, and I said no, so he told me very rudely that I didn't have to pay for them, and just stopped doing them. They were not finished. But I got up, told them I would never come back and left. I have taken multiple people there over the years to get their nails done, and have spent thousands of dollars in their store. I have no idea what happened in that day, except that he was more interested in the riot in the capital on TV than in doing my nails. I had to come home and finish my own nails! Never again."

"Staff was very nice. How ever they had a really hard time doing my nails. I ask for them to be shaped as stiletto and they where not sure what I was talking about. All 3 of the employees ended up working on my nails. I asked for a pretty standard Leaf & Floral Design and she was having a difficult time. I end up asking her to take the flower off. Now my nails didn't come out terrible just for the money i payed i would have hope for something nicer.The Other Women in the shop's nails came out really nice it's definitely a place to go for basic nails."
