"Every interaction I’ve had with extra space storage has been excellent. Kurt the manager of this particular site was welcoming, helpful and understanding. He secured two units across from our existing ones. Opened and closed units seamlessly. Provided a ledger of payments for my hurricane insurance claims. Absolutely recommend extra space storage and Kurt Positive particulars to the Chiquita site: Don’t have to re input the access codes in the elevators (it is a real pain) and the bathroom was unlocked."

"Very nice facility, easy storage rental. All online. ****HOWEVER WARNING:**** after about 9 months of auto pay, they charged my credit card and raised the price substantially by over 32% from $115.00 per month to $156.00 with no notification whatsoever. Very Dis-Honest business practice. I called and spoke with the manager and he said they have nothing to do with the raise in price. The billing is in corporate control. He then called me back and said he was able to lower it back down to closer to the original payment but it still raised $6.00. to $121.00. Yet this months payment was the $156.00. I feel this is a very BAD way to treat long-term customers. I will be moving to a different storage that is more honest. I believe they do this to increase prices hoping US the customers won't even notice the hike on our credit card bill. SHAME ON YOU EXTRA SPACE STORAGE !!!!!"

I've had around 20+ boxes delivered to the front office within the last 2 days and each time he calls me promptly to let me know they have arrived. I appreciate his patience & calm manner as he has been bombarded with my large deliveries! The move in process was smooth and my storage unit was ready right on time."

"Extra Space Storage at the corner of Chiquita Blvd. & Beach Pkwy. is AWESOME! We had a challenge gaining access to the building because the keypad instructions weren't clear but we connected with an employee who helped us figured it out. Once inside, we were highly impressed with the cleanliness, carts for moving items, smooth concrete floors, and the unit itself. It took us longer to move the items out of our home and transport them then it did to move them securely into the unit. We fortunately have a unit on the first floor in the main hallway, which made moving our contents into the unit a breeze! I would absolutely recommend Extra Space Storage!"

"I was researching Storage Units and requested a call from Extra Space Storage, and the representative was very knowledgeable and then asked which one is closest to me, and had them contact me almost immediately after our call ended. I spoke with Chase at Extra Space on Chiquita and Beach Pkwy. He informed me of all the different sizes and then stated when I was coming in to get the unit who would be there. Amber was the Customer Service Representative there and she showed us the different sizes of the units and went over all the details and costs, between different months and also made sure we would get the best deal for what we needed to use the space for. She also made sure we had insurance on the unit in case of anything happening to the unit itself. All around a 10/10 experience with everyone that we spoke with! I would recommend them to anyone who needs a storage unit."
