"I have been there five times for a hair cut for my son. It seems like every time I go, not a single soul is in there, but they always say they are booked and they turn us away. We will do some window shopping in the mall, or grab something we need and walk past, and that salon is still empty. Only one out of five of those times he had gotten a haircut, and the girl was a sweetheart. It was ok, but at least it was done! Everytime I walk by this salon, no one seems to be in it. Just don't even be 1 min late or they will turn you away, because they are "booked." They should advertise the place, "By appointment only," because it seems like most of these girls just show up to work, but don't want to actually do the work they are there to do."

"Veronica is terrific! She is a great colorist and really knows how to cut hair. She actually listens to what you want and does it. She colored, cut and styled my hair beautifully. She gave my daughter highlights and a trim for back to school. This was our first visit to the salon, but won’t be the last! Before we could leave the mall three ladies stopped us to ask who did our hair. Later I had ladies I know raving about how beautiful it looked. My hair had gotten so dry and damaged from the Florida sun and water. The treatment she did on my hair left it soft and shiny."

"Had my daughter's hair cut last week, since she has kinda wavy hair we didn't notice until we got home and I straightened it that it was extremely uneven. I don't usually have my daughter's hair cut here, but figured since we were at the mall doing other thing's I'd kill two birds with one stone. Never again! Had to take her to the local salon I usually take her, which ended up costing me more money for a simple hair cut."
