"Carmen ( owner ) did my hair for the first time. Root touch up, cut and dry $110. Not sure what products were used but my hair is now very dry. I’ve never had a stylist leave the dye all over my face. Literally all over my face. Which stained, she then told me to take it off at home with makeup remover. I dye my hair better than the $50 I paid for her to do so. Be prepared to wait. Overbooked , took almost 3 hours for my hair. She cut 3 peoples hair as I sat waiting for her to dry my hair. My blow dry was just short of a good blow dry, not styled. I always have any stylist dry and style ( curl , flat iron) my hair. This is not nor should be an extra charge. When I asked her to do beach waves. She said that’s extra. I paid $110 plus tip. For a touch up , cut and dry. I do not like the way my hair looks. Color did not match its much darker than the color I have. First and last time for me.came home to fix my hair. And remove all the dye from my face"
