"I had a wonderful experience today at your 8075 Southwest Highway 200 in Ocala Florida. Angela in “Dusty “cross did a fantastic job on my poor hair. I have been recovering from neck surgery and had not been there for a few months and she was so gentle and caring. She gave me a beautiful haircut, color, and highlights. She made me feel beautiful again, and my husband agrees. Thank you for Dusty. She is the best."

"So normally I go here for hair cuts which has been fine. I had a guy named Nathan in the past who did my highlights and did great. Unfortunately he’s not there anymore. My fiancé went to get her whole hair dyed from red to blonde. They did a horrific job. Completely uneven, there was banding, they didn’t even attempt to do her roots at all. Then the part that gets me is they STILL made her pay full price for this knowing they botched the job, offering only to fix it for free in 30 days. Like no! Why would they go back after that. Completely unacceptable!! DO NOT go here for hair coloring!"

"I had a decent experience when I went. Friendly and the ladies are very good at their job. Also was very informative taught me a little something while cutting my hair. It was overall a nice experience. So I didn’t add that there was a kid there who didn’t seem to know what he was doing at all. He literally chopped my hair so bad that someone else had to finish it. He doesn’t know how to cut curly hair and not how to do layers either. The lady who finished did a good job but it was uneven due to how choppy he left it. I went back the next business day to have it fixed. When it should’ve only been mid back after completion it now sits just at the top of of my bra strap. My hair when pulled straight was right at my tailbone. I’m sad so much is gone but Maria did an amazing job fixing the mess the kid made. The lady who had finished his mess didn’t check to make sure it was even and I didn’t wash it to find out right away. I’m not planning to let anybody aside from Maria cut my hair. One being she is very familiar with curly hair and two being she did an amazing job, knew how to cut curly hair and also knew how to do layers. Avoid seeing the young kid unless you have dead straight hair or want something else done in my opinion. The first 3 pictures are the choppy mess he did. The next are what Maria did and the last is my hair straight just a week after getting it fixed."

"Horrible experience at this place!! My friend asked for blonde with brown high/low lights and her hair is now a orange- red color! The size of the highlights were even done terrible. When I seen her hair I took her back to the salon and they wanted to send us elsewhere to have it "fixed" because they didn't have time! $200 for this?!?!? They never should have charged her or let her walk out of the store looking like this!!!!"
