"After driving 25 milles to have my favorite ice cream the first thing was bad smell in the store, dirty ie papers on the floor, cones, etc. the employee manners were horrible, for sure that me and my family would not visit again this store. Please pay attention to the reviews"

"Horrible service. Went through drive thru on Thursday June 22nd, and everything I requested for my order seemed to be out. Everytime I come to this location they are always out of the same things and more. Asked a employee for chocolate ice cream and they were even out of that. How is it that a major favorite that many customers like is always out. Smh. Went then to pay and the female employee got moody due to myself asking for a strong and spoon because it wasn't given to me, she claimed I gave u it you must lost it as she chomped her gum in my face. I don't complain bout fast food or the restaurant industry but certain things that probably are popular she be made sure it's ordered."

"I ordered a 2 scoop sundae, the picture shows whipped cream and nuts on top. The guy handed me a cup with 2 scoops of ice cream. I asked for the whipped cream and nuts. He acted surprised. You can tell the employees really hate their job and it’s drudgery for them here. I will go to the mom and pop ice cream shop from now on."

"Worst customer service. Skyler has a terrible attitude and should seek employment far from customers and the general public. I asked twice for just a moment while in the drive through, and she came over the speaker again, LOUDLY and rudely asking how she could help. I drove off to view the menu on my phone before getting back in line. Skyler came back over the speaker and asked that I wait a minute before she took my order. When I got to the window, she had the most disgusted look on her face, thrusted my cup of ice cream at me and rudely stated my total. I was then given a receipt with her name on it and a cone without the bottom. Ice cream was leaking out before I even drove off. Terrible, terrible experience. I can’t wait for this place to close and a DQ to open. Go somewhere else, don’t waste your time or your money on this place."

"All the reviews are correct, customer service is non-existent at this place! None of the ”very limited” ice cream flavors are labeled. Shelves are bare, and the employees don’t even acknowledge your presence. Both employees were busy chatting with one family in the store, or with customers in the drive-thru... never once asked if we wanted anything. After 10 minutes of standing around waiting, we left! This is the ONLY Baskin-Robbins in the entire area, and I won’t be going back!"
