"I’m usually weary of going to fast haircut places like Supercuts but let. Me. Tell. You. My hair was blunt cut, like, 2 layers, straight across, down to my waist. I cut it to just below my armpit with a tiered layering in the front. Jessica, the stylist listened to exactly what I wanted, and asked more questions about how I wanted it that I didn’t even think about. She did AMAZING. I haven’t cut my hair this short in about a decade. I was so happy with the cut I cried. 10/10 recommend Jessica at Superclips. She’s also very warm, friendly, and just seems very grounded. I felt very comfortable. Love love love her; love this haircut."

"2 weeks ago I made an appt for me and my daughter (her first cut, she is 5). I thought my appointment was at 11:30 when I got there I was told it was 1230. Mind you there was one person getting their haircut. Two other employees doing nothing. I sat there for a second and then I said, I guess I’ll come back at 12:30 so The employee said OK. So I went down. Got something to eat came back at about 1215. Me and my daughter sat down. The lady that took our name at the front. Went to the back to talk to the employees in the back. I couldn’t hear exactly what was said, but my outtake on the conversation from what I could See in a what little bit I could hear was essentially, she let her know I was there and pretty much I was early so I could wait. The energy threw me off and like I said, this was my daughters first haircut. So I sat there for a minute and Decided that I was not going to get my haircut there due to the negativity. Mind you when we came back at 12:15 there was nobody in there but one gentleman waiting. The gentleman waiting the lady that checked me in she called him over to cut his hair. In my eyes I would think with them not being many customers in there you would be polite to the customers coming in. I’m not “that” person. But my daughter’s first haircut. Not having the negative energy near my babies head."
