"Terrible job terrible service they did awful dip nails and when I complained they did not want to fix it. NO BODY SHOULD USE THEIR SERVICES all my nails broke. They started to speak in their language and blame me that I broke my nails!!! The dip is falling off as I write this review!!!! $50 to the trash. I went to the bank and the teller said she had a terrible experience there too. If anyone want more proof answer here I will gladly send you a video of my nails falling"

"Went in as a walk in with my 3 daughters, we were greeted kindly and nails were all done beautifully by different technicians. We have no complaints and even painted my 3 year olds nails and made her feel super special."

"Don’t get a regular manicure here. We all had chipped nails after a few hours. They need to change their regular nail polish to better quality. The lady did say that our nail polish will chip and I understand that after a few days but not on the same day. She was suggesting I get gel manicure but I didn’t want that this time around. We were a party of 3. We each got a mani and pedi about $43 each. My daughter was a less amount. They have nice service - friendly and kind except for one person who said we shouldn’t touch our nails for like 2 hours. She got mad at my sister-in-law because she and my daughter smudged their nails when drying. It was an honest mistake and when that normally happens in other salons, there is no problem but this employee was very rude about it. Additionally, the place needs a good cleaning and organizing. The lady who did my nails did a great job cleaning my cuticles and putting on my nail polish. I was pleased with with my service."

"Very nice salon with friendly staff and a wide variety of colors to choose from. David has always done an amazing job with the design on my nails and his wife is so sweet and friendly. I enjoy my visit each time I go. I love to listen to Tina joke with the customers and keep us all laughing and that adorable baby Anthony always smiling just melts my ❤ I highly recommend Ivy nail and look forward to my next visit."
