"Took two very nice items to donate. A vase and a decorative urn. They were Pottery Barn items in brand new condition. The manager rudely wouldn’t accept them for donation even though they were much nicer than most items for sale in the store. Won’t bring any more donations here. I’d recommend taking any nice items somewhere else to donate where they will be appreciated."
"I like to browse here sometimes to buy what people donate. I also like to donate items myself. It's a cool store with a cool concept. I know that every purchase goes toward building homes for low-income families. Buying from Habitat keeps the program alive. It also gives working families motivation to keep going. I have had great customer service experiences at the Dundee location. Shop guys, shop!"
