"Decided to take my little brother for us to get a haircut. I was helped by someone else, but his barber was Suzanne (might be spelt differently) and she was the most disrespectful and rude to him. He’s only 9, so when something touches his neck, he’ll shrug his shoulders because it tickles him. Miss Suzy decided she wanted to roll her eyes and tell him “can you just sit still, you’re going to ruin it” “why can’t you listen to me” and proceeded to roll her eyes more than once at him. I then got out of my seat and walked up to her to ask if there was a problem because I’m not sure why she’s running her mouth to a 9 year old? He wasn’t acting a fool, wasn’t causing problems but she wants to open her mouth RUDELY to him. Once I asked if there was a problem, she then switched to being sweet to him because she knew I heard what she said. She was lucky to get that $4 tip and it’s only cuz I paid for the haircuts before she was finished with his hair. This isn’t the only time I’ve had issues with her or heard her running her mouth. We will DEFINITELY be waiting for the next available barber and will not be having her help us from now on. That was absolutely ridiculous"

"The only reason for good reviews is because it’s great for men, they get buzzed, the elderly lady loves their hair tapered short cut, they are cut crazy, I just wanted a slight slight trim and the girl never asked me about my bangs and cut way above my brows! Will I ever go again definately no!!!!"

All the ladies here seem to work super hard and are always pleasant. I love the app they have. I can check in and usually am next in line by the time I get there. The app even reminds me to come back every 30 days to get a trim! Love it."
