"I went in this morning to get my hair cut. That was the biggest mistake I made. The cut is a layered cut, framing the face. I left with very long layers and framing and the cut was nothing like I showed a picture of and didn’t frame my face, and shorter than shoulder length. Thanks for screwing my hair. I came home crying. If the stylist couldn’t do the cut say so, I would have went to someone that knew what they were doing! NEVER AGAIN"

"2023 update - Kendra did an awesome job on my hair today. I'm absolutely pleased and hope she'll be around for a long time. Its been a while since I've had a cut that fell so well. I wish I could take better photos but it is what it is. Thanks Kendra for taking the time to get it just right for me. Staff was friendly and very kind (watched them wait & patiently help and older gentleman) Haircuts were pretty good. I'll be back.
